Mar Thoma Residential School, Tiruvalla, conducted the Staff Orientation Programme to prepare the staff for the academic year and strengthen a shared sense of purpose. The programme provided an opportunity for teachers and staff to engage in meaningful discussions, reflect on their responsibilities, and align their efforts with the school’s vision and educational goals.
Through interactive sessions and collaborative activities, the programme focused on professional growth, effective communication, teamwork, student well-being, and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
